Diablo 4 has five major locations, each filled with a number of unique locations, story quests, side quests, and more. In order to be strong enough to make it through all this content, players will want to level up their core stats as much as possible. One of the best ways to do this is to collect Altars of Lilith, as each one gives players a boost in core stats, Murmuring Obol capacity, more life, and even more paragon points. In order to find all these hidden statues, players might need a little help with all their locations.

What Are Altars of Lilith in Diablo 4?
In Diablo 4, Altars of Lilith are a way to level up a player's core stats. Each Altar grants players a boost to either a set stat or similar. Players who find an Altar out in the wild will get one of these rewards for activating it.
- +8 to Max HP
- +2 Strength
- +2 Dexterity
- +2 Willpower
- +2 Intelligence
- +5 to the total number of obols a character can hold
- +1 Diablo 4 Paragon Point
These buffs are permanent and account-wide, which will help if players choose to start over with a new kind of character or want to start on a higher Diablo 4 World Tier. Grabbing all the 160 total Altars in the game will help all the second, third, and higher characters level much faster than the first.
All Altar of Lilith Locations in Diablo 4's Dry Steppes
The Dry Steppes has a grand total of 33 of these Altars, almost identical to the number of Altars of Lilith in Scosglen. Here are the locations of each one and what players will need to do to collect every single one.
Altar of Lilith 1: Rift of A Thousand Eyes
This location is locked behind the main story quest called Whittling Sanity; players won't be able to find this one until this quest is completed.

Altar of Lilith 2: Forsaken Ascent
Check the fiery pit just east of the Mephisto Shrine. Players will end up there for the story quest Through the Dark Glass in Diablo 4.
Reward: +2 Intelligence
Altar of Lilith 3: Akhai Prairie
This sneaky Altar of Lilith is located in one of Diablo 4's PvP-only areas, so players will need to be extra careful in this location. Thankfully, the reward of one paragon point is worth the trouble.
Reward: +1 Paragon Point
Altar of Lilith 4: Wayward Plains
There is a cave northeast of Ked Bardu that holds this Altar; it gives players a dex boost.
Reward: +2 Dexterity
Altar of Lilith 5: The Wretched Strand
Head southeast from the Seaside Descent dungeon entrance to find this fairly easy-to-spot Altar of Lilith.
Reward: +2 Willpower
Altar of Lilith 6: Wayward Plains
If players leave Ked Bardu's southern exit, they can head to the east and find another small cave. This Altar is inside.
Reward: +2 Intelligence
Altar of Lilith 7: Wayward Plains
If players go south out of Ked Bardu, there is yet another small cave with an Altar in it. Look directly south of this dungeon.
Reward: +2 Strength
Altar of Lilith 8: Abahru Canyon
This Altar is a very easy-to-see one, located in the same area as players will be for story quests anyway.
Reward: +2 Intelligence
Altar of Lilith 9: The Crown of Fiends
North of the Mournfield dungeon entrance, there is a little jumping path to a mountain cave. If players head inside the cave, there is an Altar inside.
Reward: +2 Intelligence
Altar of Lilith 10: Hapless Frontier
In order to get to this Altar in Hapless Frontier, use the Dry Steppes Waypoint called Farobru, then head southeast from the town. There is a cave in the mountain; the Altar is inside.
Reward: +2 Dexterity
Altar of Lilith 11: Path of the Stray Souls
This Altar is to the south and a little bit to the east along the edge of the map from Fate's Retreat Waypoint.
Reward: +1 Paragon Point
Altar of Lilith 12: The Boiling Plains
Southeast of Fate's Retreat Waypoint, there is a big pack of cultists and an elite. These enemies are guarding the Altar; players will most likely have to kill them before claiming it.
Reward: +2 Willpower
Altar of Lilith 13: The Trail of Bones
Look just south of the Hidden Overlook Waypoint; this Altar of the Diablo 4 demon Lilith is located nearby.
Reward: +2 Strength
Altar of Lilith 14: Bloodsoaked Ingress
If players head north and west of the Buried Halls dungeon entrance, they will eventually run into this Altar near a tent.
Reward: +2 Willpower
Altar of Lilith 15: Bloodsoaked Ingress
Head north out of the Ancient's Lament dungeon entrance, and look for a wooden structure with an Altar underneath it.
Reward: +2 Dexterity
Altar of Lilith 16: Bluff of Olzei
If players head south from the Onyx Watchtower Stronghold, then climb down a couple of walls, they can find this Altar well hidden behind a bent-over tree. This one can be hard to spot during the day, but at night, the glow of the Altar is a little more obvious.
Reward: +2 Strength
Altar of Lilith 17: The Onyx Watchtower
Inside the Onyx Watchtower Stronghold, there is a section with some breakable tree trunks and barrels. The duck-through point is hidden behind one of these trunks. Players do not have to complete the stronghold to reach this one.
Reward: +2 Willpower
Altar of Lilith 18: Bastard's Pass
To the west of the Onyx Watchtower, there is a small pack of bandits waiting to ambush the player. The Altar is nearby.
Reward: +2 Intelligence
Altar of Lilith 19: Adherent's Rise
This Altar of Lilith is to the north of the Forgotten Depths Dungeon entrance.
Reward: +2 Strength
Altar of Lilith 20: The Brackish Pans
There is a bridge that is west of the Forgotten Depths Dungeon entrance. The Altar is pretty well hidden underneath the bridge; players will have to make their way down to get to it.
Reward: +2 Dexterity
Altar of Lilith 21: The Brackish Pans
South of the Forgotten Depths Dungeon entrance, there is a lake. This Altar can be found along the shore of the lake.
Reward: +1 Paragon Point
Altar of Lilith 22: Temple of Rot: Temple Grounds
In the northeast portion of the Temple of Rot Stronghold, there is an Altar that gives players an additional Paragon Point.
Reward: +1 Paragon Point
Altar of Lilith 23: Crane Tribe Hutmont
After exiting the Temple of Rot Stronghold, head to the north and east; there is a dexterity Altar there.
Reward: +2 Dexterity
Altar of Lilith 24: Galtmaa Bushland
This Altar is very close to the Sealed Archives Dungeon entrance; head a little north to find it.
Reward: +2 Strength
Altar of Lilith 25: Desolation's Reach
There is an abandoned field to the south of the entrance to the Diablo 4 dungeon called the Sealed Archives. The Altar there isn't hidden, so players should be able to see it as they walk through the area.
Reward: +2 Intelligence
Altar of Lilith 26: Galtmaa Bushland
If players head to the Jirandai Waypoint, then head to the northwest, there is a broken-down house. The Altar of Lilith is hidden inside the building.
Reward: +2 Willpower
Altar of Lilith 27: Ruins of Qara-Yisa
This Altar is located inside the southern portion of the Ruins of Qara-Yisu Stronghold. Players don't have to do the stronghold to get it, but there is a breakable wooden platform nearby that has to be broken in order to get through to the Altar.

Head northeast when leaving the Ruins of Qara-Yisu to come across another Altar.
Reward: +2 Intelligence

North of the Ruins of Qara-Yisu, there is yet another Bleak Expanse Altar.
Reward: +2 Willpower
Altar of Lilith 30: Tamuur Hinterland
Southeast of the Komdor Temple Dungeon entrance, players can find this Altar behind a rocky outcropping.
Reward: +2 Intelligence
Altar of Lilith 31: The Ashen Tread
When leaving the Komdor Temple Dungeon entrance, follow the coast north. This Altar is on the coastline near some driftwood.
Reward: +2 Willpower
Altar of Lilith 32: Undying Marches
Head southeast from the Carrion Fields Dungeon entrance. There is a hill that players will have to use a climb-up spot to get on top of, and the Altar is on top of this rocky cliff.
Reward: +2 Strength
Altar of Lilith 33: Ragged Shore
Go due north from Carrion Fields Dungeon entrance, following the coast until the Altar becomes visible.
Reward: +2 Dexterity
