Diablo 4 has tons of collectibles, enemies, elites, treasures, and other things to find all over the map. The map of Sanctuary is split into five major parts: the Fractured Peaks, Scosglen, the Dry Steppes, Kehjistan, and Hawezar.
In total, these five locations have 160 Altars of Lilith to find. These Altars are important for all players; each one can give all sorts of permanent boosts like additional life, plus 2 to core stats, or even paragon points. To get all 160, players will want some maps with all the locations in each region of Sanctuary.
All Altar of Lilith Locations in the Fractured Peaks
The Fractured Peaks is the first location players will find themselves in when beginning Diablo 4. There are a total of 28 Altars of Lilith located in the Fractured Peaks. They can give a +8 to Max HP, a +5 to the total number of obols a character can hold, or a +2 boost to any of the four core stats. None of the Altars in the Fractured Peaks give players paragon points.

All Altar of Lilith Locations in the Scosglen
Next up will be Scosglen. This is the second major section of the map that players will get to visit, and it contains 34 more of these Altars. These Altars only have +2 to one of the four core stats in Diablo 4 or a boost to the number of murmuring obols that players can carry. There are no Altars that give additional paragon points or HP.

All Altar of Lilith Locations in the Dry Steppes
The Dry Steppes is the next major location players can access while running through Diablo 4's story. The Dry Steppes has 33 more Lilith Altars. Here, players can also grab paragon points from these Altars for the first time as well as the boost to core stats and murmuring obols.

All Altar of Lilith Locations in Kehjistan
In the final parts of the story, players will need to move between Kehjistan and Hawezar, with some pieces of these locations locked off until they complete the whole story. For simplicity's sake, these Altar locations have been split between these two sections of the map, but keep in mind some of the 31 Altar locations won't be available in both before the story is completed or skipped.

All Altar of Lilith Locations in Hawezar
The fifth and final section of the map is Hawezar, containing 34 more Altars of Lilith. Players will be able to find them scattered throughout the map, giving bonuses of every kind. In order to get them all, players will once again have to have completed the story.
