Legendary Aspects give players some of the best effects for their builds in Diablo 4. Some provide general damage and survivability boosts, while others offer more interesting powers explicitly tailored to each class's abilities.
The Accelerating Offensive Aspect is frequently sought after by many players thanks to its ability to boost attack speed, effectively removing the need to get as much of the stat from items. It's also needed to make many builds in Diablo 4 shine to their fullest extent. Here's how to get this legendary power.
Diablo 4: How to Get the Accelerating Offensive Aspect
Unlike the Aspects rewarded from clearing the game's many dungeons, the Accelerating Aspect can only be acquired randomly from Legendary item drops. Players will have to grind and be a little lucky if they want to get this power to drop.
The Accelerating Aspect can roll on weapons, gloves, and accessories, so always check when a legendary version of these items drops, just in case.
One of the best ways to get Legendary gear is by farming Helltides. The mob density in affected areas skyrockets, and players will usually find a ton more elites roaming the countryside. Events also appear to pop up more frequently during a Helltide, so players will get more chances to get loot from their reward chests.
The best part of Helltide farming is players can open Tortured Gifts of Mysteries as they collect Aberrant Cinders. These mystery chests can drop up to five Legendary items when opened, and they're often at Sacred or Ancestral tier depending on what difficulty players are on.
Tortured Gifts of Mysteries require 175 Cinders to open, and only one will spawn per Helltide region. Players who have opened the mystery chest in an area should go to a different Helltide region or open all Tortured Gift chests that drop accessories instead since these cost only 75 Cinders.
Event chests are also good for farming gear. Not only do they have a good drop chance for Legendary items, but they also reward players with Murmuring Obols for Curiosity vendors in town. Getting a full Obol wallet is fairly easy during a Helltide, and players can get at least a couple of Legendary items when they gamble in towns.
Keep in mind that players can get Sacred items from Purveyors of Curiosities if the item in the vendor's inventory is glowing. Not every item will be Sacred, so make sure to prioritize weapons, gloves, and accessories for a shot at getting the Accelerating Aspect.
